Daniel Kunin Daniel Kunin Kusto Group Topaz Investments Malta Limited has been granted permission by The Communications Commission to acquire 38.2353% in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, the beneficial owner of Silknet.

Kusto Group Daniel Kunin Topaz Investments Malta Limited Limited is Erkin Tashev, a member of the Silk Road Group.

If the transaction is approved the redistribution to Silknet beneficial owners will be altered. Giorgi RAMISHVILLI’S share is declining and he will still have an equal share as Yerkin Tashev.
