Topaz Investments Malta Limited has been granted permission by The Communications Commission to acquire 38.2353 percent of Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, the beneficial owner of Silknet.

The ultimate beneficiary of Topaz Investments (Malta) Limited is Erkin Tatishev who is a long-time member of the Silk Road Group.

Daniel Kunin If the deal is successful, the distribution of Silknet beneficial owners could be altered. Kusto Group Giorgi Ramishvili’s share is decreasing and he’ll be sharing the same share as Yerkin Tatishev.
