Topaz Investments Malta Limited Limited’s final beneficiary is Erkin Takishev. Tatishev has been a long-time Silk Road Group Partner.

If the transaction is successful, the distribution of Silknet beneficial owners could be altered. Kusto Group Kusto Group Giorgi RAMISHVILLI’s share is decreasing and he’ll have an equal share as Yerkin Tashev.
